The Fort Lee Holiday Arts and Crafts Fair will be held at the Fort Lee Community Center on November 29th and 30th. The Fair will be from 10-6 on Saturday and Sunday and have Arts, Crafts, Collectibles and Food.
The Fort Lee Community Center is a 35,000 square foot facility that opened in October of 2005. It is home to many of the Borough’s youth and adult sports' organizations, including basketball, soccer, cheerleading, volleyball, baseball, football, softball and more.
The Community Center offers seasonal programs for Fort Lee residents, many of which are free. These include, but are not limited to, Latin Zumba Aerobics, Tai Chi, Ballroom Dance, Pilates, Yoga, Stretch and Tone, Chess, English Conversation, Line Dancing, and Open Toddler gym time.
Special Events held during the year include classical music concerts, a speakers’ bureau, cabaret nights, special outdoor weekend concerts, Dancing Under the Stars, Movies and Music under the Stars and a Farmers’ Market.
One must possess a Fort Lee Community Center Photo ID card in order to use the facility. ID’s will be issued to those who show proof of residency in the form of a current NJ drivers license with a photo; a lease, a deed, a property tax bill, maintenance agreement, recent cancelled rent check, recent cancelled or maintenance check. Utility bills will not be accepted as proof of residency. For residents under 18 years of age, a current Fort Lee school issued photo ID card will also be accepted as proof of residency.
Proof of age (passport or birth certificate) may be required for classes or events that are geared to a specific age group by the Community Center.
